Rusty, I just wanted to send a short note and thank you for giving my wife and I a tour of your shop and explaining how my knife was made. I didn't expect to be getting a damascus blade that was hand forged by a craftsman! Seeing the little stack of flat metal peices that would be a knife, and seeing your forge and power hammer in action was awesome! The Mokamay hilt that you forged from blending non-ferris metal is a nice touch that is rarely seen in a custom knife, along with the mammoth Ivory handle make mine a knife I will cherish always. I think next year I'll ask for a Bowie for my birthday! I have never seen a more balanced large knife or one that felt like it could be sharper, then cut a 1" rope with one swipe and after being stroped a couple times on leather could be shaved with. Thanks again for spending the afternoon with us and all your hard work that was involved in making my knife.

Sincerly
Jim Waddell
